Everything was explained e.g how to breathe properly.
How to do the exercises correctly so as not to strain yourself.
I was asked if I wanted to progress to a different exercise or strength of band not pressurised.

Good to be cared for by very compassionate staff who have time to resolve any problems/anxieties you had given lots of physio help necessary for recuperation plus equipment to help cope during recuperation. Lovely quiet ward.
